Users have the right to request deletion of their personal information at any time, including data processed through:

– CRM lead entries

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, IRILLIC will: 

  1. Acknowledge the request
  2. Verify the identity of the requester (if required)
  3. Delete personal data from all relevant systems
  4. Send confirmation once deletion is complete

Certain data may not be deleted if it is required for:

– Zoho Desk 

– Internal communication logs 

 

Step 3: Remove backups or anonymize data where applicable 

Step 4: Provide written confirmation within 7–21 business days

IRILLIC may retain limited information for: 

– Legal obligations 

– Financial compliance 

– Fraud prevention 

– Security monitoring 

 

Such retained data is securely stored and access-restricted.

Where user data resides in third-party platforms (e.g., Zoho), IRILLIC will trigger deletion as per those vendors’ data removal APIs and compliance workflows.
